I hate the music industry.
But I love the
music community.
After eight years of doing every job you can think of, bookings, management, promoting, guestlist, festival production, logistics, sponsorship, I can confidently say: the music industry sucks.
But the kindred spirits you meet in the smoking area, the 50-year-old sound engineer with cables coming out of his arse, the young promoter/DJ guaranteed to lose money but doesn’t care, these are the people that make up the music community.
And if you’re reading this message, you’re also in the music community.
And this is the community I want Dream Scenario to be built for, built with, and built around.
